We like to call it a cake “full of air,” because its soft texture comes simply from whipped egg whites—that’s where the magic happens.

Even better, it’s made without butter or baking powder, so it feels light and easy to enjoy, without any heaviness.

• Original – made with large free-range eggs
• Cocoa – made with Bensdorp cocoa powder
• Earl Grey – infused with Meßmer Earl Grey tea leaves
• Tieguanyin (Limited) – made with Taiwanese tea powder

Tip:
We recommend chilling the chiffon cake in the fridge overnight—it tastes even better the next day!
