內容物:4 個澎澎刈包皮、一份滷肉、當天現打花生粉
刈包皮:以新鮮酵母、有機麵粉製作,長時間發酵鬆軟有嚼勁,每個麵團達70克,份量十足
滷肉:鐵鑄鍋長時間熬煮,有厚度的五花肉,經過炒糖工法,裹上一層晶瑩剔透的糖,入口即化。滷汁是用台灣金蘭醬油、米酒、大稻埕買的八角,以及新鮮青蔥熬煮,香噴噴很下飯!
*花生粉當天現打,沒有奇怪油耗味
*刈包皮、滷肉、花生粉都分開包裝,不沾染氣味。
*由於刈包都是前一天或當天現做,拿回家請直接放冰箱,吃的時候電鍋或蒸鍋,半杯水蒸到跳起來就可以吃了!
*3天內吃完就放冷藏,再長一點請放冷凍保鮮。

The Buns

We take thick pork belly, caramelize it with sugar, then slow-braise it in a cast iron pot until it’s glossy, rich, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The sauce? Taiwanese Kimlan soy sauce, rice wine, star anise, and fresh scallions—seriously addictive.
The Peanut Powder
Ground fresh daily—pure nutty aroma, no stale oil taste.
Packed Right
Everything comes separately so each flavor stays on point.
Eat It Right
Freshly made—store it in the fridge ASAP. When hunger hits, steam with half a cup of water and you’re good to go.
